You don’t have to figure this out alone

Many people come to this space feeling overwhelmed - whether newly diagnosed, navigating treatment, or exploring a metabolic approach to support their health.

There is often a gap between:

  • medical advice

  • lifestyle changes

  • emotional load

  • and what daily life actually looks like

My role is to support the human side of this process.

What I support

I work alongside cancer patients and those exploring metabolic approaches to help stabilise daily life and make changes feel sustainable.

This includes support with:

  • navigating overwhelm after diagnosis

  • educating and supporting you, so you can make informed choices
  • slowing the pressure to “fix everything”

  • stabilising sleep, hydration and daily structure

  • supporting dietary consistency and transitions

  • emotional support through treatment and uncertainty

  • behaviour change and habit implementation

  • making practitioner recommendations easier to follow in real life

This is gentle, step-by-step support - not rushed change.

What this is not

I don’t replace your medical team or prescribe treatment.

I do not:

  • provide medical advice

  • direct cancer treatment

  • prescribe supplement protocols

  • enforce strict dietary plans

Instead, I work alongside your practitioner to help support:

  • implementation

  • sustainability

  • and emotional well-being during the process.

Who this support is for

This work is especially helpful if you are:

  • newly diagnosed and feeling overwhelmed

  • trying to understand where to begin with lifestyle changes

  • working with a metabolic or integrative practitioner

  • struggling to implement dietary recommendations

  • needing emotional and practical support through treatment

  • wanting steady guidance rather than information overload

Where we usually begin

Most people start with an Initial Terrain Support Session, where we:

  • slow everything down

  • talk through what feels most overwhelming

  • look at your current supports and treatment stage

  • identify gentle first stabilising steps

From there, we decide together what level of support feels right — if any.

There is no pressure to commit to anything further.

A gentle note

You are not expected to have everything figured out before reaching out.

This work is about:

  • support

  • steadiness

  • and helping things feel more manageable

You don’t have to do this alone.
